Danny Quile

Danilo Quile, or Danny, is a technology professional from Brazil with over a decade of experience. As MCAEL's Manager of Data Analysis and Technology, he leverages his extensive knowledge and expertise to drive the organization's strategic initiatives, including Community Learning Groups (CLGs). Danny's academic background in Computer Engineering and Computer Science, complemented by his ongoing pursuit of a Master's in Data Analytics, underscores his passion for problem-solving and innovation. Danny left Brazil in 2019 to make his home in California -- but did not speak any English. He knows first-hand the courage and determination it takes to master a new language. Now fluent in English, he's been happily living in Montgomery County since 2021. Outside of work, Danny enjoys staying up-to-date with the latest movies and TV shows and cherishes quality time with friends.
